Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Hygiene policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used serum bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged with our team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
